    GA / Municipal Day Card / SBB Day Card - Are these cards valid on board?

    Yes, you enjoy free travel on all our URh scheduled boats with these cards. See also all benefits.


    Are dogs allowed on board the URh ships?

    Dogs are very welcome on board our scheduled boats. Dogs do not need a ticket. However, dogs are not allowed on our special cruises (themed ships such as brunch or fondue cruises, etc.).


    Is it allowed to eat self-brought picnic on board?

    Yes, you are allowed to bring your own lunch or snack on board. Culinary variety is offered by our on-board catering on all ships.


    Reservation / Registration - Is a reservation or a registration necessary?


    Course boat trip

    Individual passengers do not need to register. Only groups of 10 or more persons need to register. Reservations can be made from Monday to Friday until 16.00 hrs. There is a free choice of seats on our ships, the group registration serves to give us an overview of the ship's capacity.

    A seat reservation by name is only possible when using the on-board catering (e.g. coffee and cake, aperitif, lunch, etc.). Please book early as space in the hall is limited. Seats can only be reserved in the hall for meals.

    Events/special trips: A reservations is necessary.
